Buff and Re-Coat Hardwood Floor

  • For hardwood floors that have lost their original luster.
  • Also, recommended maintenance of hardwood flooring every 3–5 years.
  • Abrade (Screen) flooring, commercial vacuum all debris and contaminants, and apply 1-2 coats of either an oil base or water base polyurethane finish.

Hardwood Floor Sand & Refinish (New or Existing Wooden Floors)

  • For hardwood flooring in need of a complete overhaul.
  • Heavy, medium, or fine sanding, fill and hand scrape difficult areas unreachable by machine, buff and apply 3 coats of either oil base or water base polyurethane finish.
